Raquel Figueiredo is an experienced engagement manager and IT project manager with over 13 years of expertise in business analysis, project management, and scrum methodologies at Truewind since October 2010. Raquel has led both worldwide and local projects for a prominent automotive corporation and has held various roles including head of pre-sales and senior business consulting specialist. Prior to Truewind, Raquel worked as a solutions specialist focused on public administration and financial sectors, and as a consultant at Práxia. Raquel is proficient in a range of technologies, including JSF, EJB, and Oracle databases. Educational qualifications include a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
