Nanyamka Hoo has extensive experience in the field of laboratory operations and management. Nanyamka began their career in 2003 as a Chemistry Technologist at Mercy, where they worked until 2007. Nanyamka then joined ICON Central Laboratories as an Immunology Technologist until 2011 when they started working at Cordant Health Solutions as a Lab Supervisor. In 2011, they also took on the role of a Chemistry Technologist (Per Diem) at Mercy until 2016. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at Truetox Laboratories, LLC, starting as a Laboratory Supervisor and advancing to Laboratory Manager before becoming the Director of Laboratory Operations.

Nanyamka Hoo's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from the State University of New York at Old Westbury. Nanyamka also possesses a Master of Science degree in Clinical Immunology from Long Island University.
