She believes that the secret to Truepoint’s success is its culture, and she is proud of the firm’s belief that happy and engaged employees are necessary for delivering excellent client service. Katrina’s responsibilities include human resources, hiring, onboarding, the employee development processes, and the firm’s financials and reporting. She also serves on Truepoint’s management team.
