Shannon Shpak is an accomplished professional in digital media and community management with extensive experience in the communications field. Currently serving as the Vice President of Digital Media at TruePoint Communications since April 2017, Shannon has also held the roles of Managing Supervisor and Community Manager within the company. Prior to this, Shannon was the Director of Social Media and Community Management at Lithium Technologies from January 2010 to April 2017, where leadership of a global team focused on high-impact community management for Fortune 500 companies led to significant enhancements in engagement and client relationships. Shannon holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Communications from the University of Detroit Mercy.
