Phil Birnbaum is a seasoned miscellaneous steel estimator with extensive experience in the building materials industry. Currently employed at TrueNorth Steel since September 2021, Phil previously held roles at Dakota Wall Systems from May 2010 to September 2021, where responsibilities included estimating and sales in the commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors. Prior experience includes a position at Dakota Gypsum from July 2003 to April 2010, working closely with general contractors, sub-contractors, and architects to provide product guidance and estimate building materials. Additionally, Phil was a sales and department head at The Home Depot from December 2001 to June 2003, overseeing the training and development of the Kitchen and Bath Department. Phil completed a Bachelor of Arts in History at St. Cloud State University after attending North Dakota State University.
