Parth Kathuria has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Parth is currently working at TrueFoundry as the Lead Talent People and Culture on the founding team. TrueFoundry is a start-up focused on disrupting the developer productivity space, with a primary focus on data science teams. Parth is responsible for building a world-class MLOps platform that automates post-model pipelines, API deployment, monitoring, and observability, as well as creating demo web apps for faster feedback from business teams.

Before joining TrueFoundry, Parth worked at EntHire as the Talent Acquisition Lead and founding member. EntHire is another start-up that operates as an AI-driven four-way marketplace connecting companies, recruiters, candidates, and interviewers. Parth played a pivotal role in finding candidates faster through their AI-driven platform and recruiter marketplace, as well as conducting technical interviews with BarRaiser Interviewers.

Parth also gained experience as a Human Resources Consultant at Infinite Point One, where they provided HR consulting services. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at HonorVet Technologies. Parth's earlier experience includes working as a Technical Recruiter at TALENT Software Services and Varite Inc. In these roles, they were responsible for sourcing and placing technology professionals in various organizations, ranging from software developers and project managers to database specialists and help desk support professionals.

Parth Kathuria pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University, graduating in 2016. Before that, they attended GMSSS- 35 Chandigarh from 2010 to 2012, where they studied Non-Medical. Parth's education journey started at St. Theresa's Convent Sr. Sec. School, where they completed their schooling from 1998 to 2010.
