At SAP Concur, Bob worked as the Director of Global Service & Support, overseeing the operational leadership of the Global Customer Service organization, with an emphasis on staff development and retention. Bob also served as the Director of Customer Support at BuildNet Inc. from 1996 to 2001. Bob holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Science from Central Washington University.
