Ted Schwarz has over a decade of experience in the solar industry, starting with Clean Power Finance pre-Series A as the 7th employee. Ted has held various positions including Strategic Account Manager, Manager of Value Added Services, and Regional Sales Support Manager. In their role as Strategic Account Manager, Ted was responsible for recruitment, training and ongoing support for many of Spruce’s largest clients. Prior to this role, Ted oversaw all East Coast operations at Spruce, temporarily relocating to NY to manage relationships in the tri-state area.
In addition to their sales roles, Ted has also supported our Product and Software Development groups, managing to completion two Sunshot Awards from the Department of Energy and leading contract negotiations for major technical and business integrations with our proprietary software platform. Ted has also collaborated with sales, product, software development, operations, and customer support to drive customer-enhancement requests that enabled success in our B2B channel.
Currently, Ted is the Director of CS at TrueAccord.
Ted Schwarz has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Colgate University, and a TEFL in English from American Institute of Foreign Studies. Ted also has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Colgate University.
