Mike Stacey has a strong background in finance and has held various roles throughout their career. Mike started as an Audit Associate at Cooper Parry in 2004 and worked there until 2008. Mike then joined Molson Coors and held multiple positions, including Financial Reporting Manager, Commercial Finance Manager, FP&A and Cash Manager, Senior Finance Manager - Reporting & Forecasting, and Senior Commercial Finance Manager. In 2016, they moved to Pollard Boxes Ltd as a Finance Director and remained there until 2020. In the same year, they joined both True Story_UK and White Hot Haircare as a Finance Director.

Mike Stacey attended Durham University from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
