Lee Mears has a diverse work experience in various design roles. Lee started their career at Minima Design, gaining work experience from 1996 to 2000. Lee then worked as a CNC Machinist at Athena Tech from June to September 2002. Following that, they had a brief work experience at RMD in September 2002. Mears continued their career at Principal Design (UK) Ltd, where they held the position of Director/Designer from 2003 to 2019. During their time at Principal Design, they worked in product design, graphic design, and software design. Lee also gained experience in pitching and presenting projects, as well as developing skills in problem-solving and reverse engineering large machinery.
