Anjani Patel, PharmD, CPGx, is a skilled clinical pharmacist currently employed at True Rx Health Strategists since June 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Clinical Review Pharmacist at Prime Therapeutics, where responsibilities encompassed processing utilization management requests and leading clinical evaluations for coverage determinations. Previous roles also include Clinical Staff Pharmacist at CVS Pharmacy, where Anjani mentored junior staff and led the Diabetes Care Coach program. Anjani's extensive clinical experience is complemented by a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Rutgers University.
