Shaun Francis serves as Chair and CEO of Medcan, a position held since 2002, while also serving as Chair of the True Patriot Love Foundation since 2009. Shaun Francis completed an MBA at The Wharton School from 2001 to 2003 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy from 1988 to 1992.
