Lance Mitchell, FRM, is an experienced consultant currently serving at True North Partners and as Chief Executive at Square Root Analytics since July 2023, focusing on analytics consulting, model development, IFRS 9 model building, and automation. Prior to these roles, Lance worked at Nedbank from November 2014 to July 2023, where responsibilities included enhancing CIB-related models, conducting stress testing analyses, and driving efficiency in the Motor Finance sector. Educational qualifications include a Master of Commerce in Statistics and a Financial Risk Management designation from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
