Pete Keenoy has extensive experience in board governance and corporate finance, currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for Special Olympics Connecticut and True North Co since 2013 and 1999 respectively. Previously, Pete Keenoy held board positions at Amicus Capital Partners from 2015 to 2022 and Impala Partners, LLC until 2019, where restructuring advisory services were provided. Additional governance experience includes membership on the Board of Regents at Georgetown University from 2013 to 2019. Pete Keenoy’s career in corporate lending included a role as Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at GE Capital from 1984 to 1999. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSBA in Finance from Georgetown University.
