Deirdre Duffy Black is an accomplished partner at Pioneer Square Investments since 1998 and serves as a business and education consultant at D² Advisory since 2018. Additionally, Deirdre holds a position on the advisory board of True North Gear® and was a member and angel investor with the Puget Sound Venture Club from 2016 to 2021. Prior experience includes teaching as a substitute elementary school teacher for the Seattle Public School District, Bellevue School District, and Seattle Archdiocese between 2017 and 2018, as well as serving in various finance-related roles at McCaw Cellular and PacTel Cellular. Deirdre's education includes an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a Master in Teaching from City University of Seattle, and a BA in Mathematics-Economics from Wesleyan University.
