David Kaun is an accomplished executive consultant at True North Consulting Group, specializing in public safety dispatch centers and radio communications systems since July 2018. Prior to this role, David served as Chief Technology Officer at Elert & Associates, providing senior consulting on wireless systems and emergency management for over two decades. David's career also includes significant contributions to the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where responsibilities as Director of Networking and Telecommunications encompassed the development of extensive network infrastructure and support for learning technology.
