Stefan Konijn has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Stefan started their career in 2007 at KPN as a Bitstream. Stefan then worked at Maxeda as a 2e Lijns Servicedesk, and at Achmea as a Servicedesk. In 2010, they joined Natuurmonumenten as a Servicedesk, and later moved to Boekel De Néré, where they worked as a 1e + 2e Lijns Servicedesk. In 2011, Stefan worked at Yokogawa as a Senior Servicedesk and later as a Plant Network Security Engineer. Stefan then joined Danone as a Werkplek Beheer. Stefan's next position was at HappyCustomers, where they worked as an IT System Engineer and later as a 2e Lijns Servicedesk. After that, they worked at Marinebedrijf as an Automatiseringsmedewerker. Currently, Stefan is working at True B.V. as a Senior Windows Engineer.

Stefan Konijn started their education in 2003 at Horizon College (Hoorn), where they pursued a degree in Medewerker Beheer ICT. Stefan studied in this program until 2006. Simultaneously, they also enrolled in the Systeem Beheer program at Horizon College (Hoorn), where they obtained a MBO 4 degree in 2007.

Throughout their educational journey, Stefan also pursued several certifications. In 2007, they obtained an ITIL certification. In 2008, they completed the "Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows XP Professional" certification. The same year, they also acquired the "Managing and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Environment" certification. Stefan continued their certification journey in 2009 with the completion of the "Implementing, Managing, and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Network Infrastructure" certification. In 2010, they obtained the "Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) 2003" certification, along with the "Implementing and Managing Microsoft Exchange Server 2003" certification. The "Upgrading from Windows Server 2003 MCSA to Windows Server 2008 Technology Specializations" certification from Microsoft was achieved in 2013.
