Sneha is an experienced group lead currently at Anteriad since December 2019, where roles have included senior talent acquisition and recruiter. Previous experience includes working as an IT recruiter at iFocus Systec from June to October 2019, and as a retail associate at CARS24 from October 2018 to March 2019, focusing on customer service and sales. Additionally, from December 2015 to July 2017, Sneha served as a franchisee manager at Telenor, overseeing store activities and recruitment. Sneha holds an MBA in Retail Management and Marketing from Jaipuria Institute of Management (2014-2016) and a BBA in Marketing and HR from BIT Mesra (2010-2013).
