Caroline Andriano, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at True Independent Holdings, a position held since September 2020, where focus lies on innovating HR processes, employee engagement, and aligning payroll and benefits with company goals. With extensive experience in human resources, Caroline has also worked as HR Director at True Media, managing employee policies, recruitment, and organizational culture from 2012 to 2020, and led the HR Department at Alliance Water Resources from 2007 to 2012, overseeing payroll and employee communication. Earlier in career, Caroline served as a Large Group Benefit Specialist at The Insurance Group, assisting large companies with benefit management. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas.
