Mary Marques is an experienced general manager with a strong track record in the hospitality and service industries. Currently serving as General Manager at True Food Kitchen since November 2019, Mary is responsible for operating a profitable, customer-focused business while fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager and Beverage Director at Ark Restaurants, where Mary ensured exceptional service and guest satisfaction, and as Site Director/Regional Director at Foss Swim School, overseeing operations and staff development. Additionally, Mary has experience in account management and production control from earlier roles at Fund Balance Inc. and EXCEL CNC Machining, Inc. Mary holds a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University.
