Previously, Jay held the positions of Sales Manager and Service Manager at Cintas Corporation from 1997 to 2005, where efforts concentrated on enhancing customer operations and ensuring high-quality service experiences. Jay's educational background includes studies at Oklahoma State University from 1994 to 1997.
