Melinda Waddell is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with over 20 years of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at TruckPro, LLC since July 2017, Melinda has a strong background in recruitment, previously holding positions such as Senior Talent Acquisition and Senior Corporate Recruiter at AutoZone from April 2008 to June 2017. Early career experience includes work as a Human Resources Recruiter at McKesson and various contract roles in talent management. Melinda also served as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Elon University from June 1997 to November 2000. Melinda holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
