Michelle Brooks has extensive experience in the field of infrastructure engineering and network services. Currently serving as Lead Infrastructure Engineer at T. Rowe Price since October 2015, Michelle previously held the position of Manager of Network Services at Baltimore City Public Schools from June 2012 to October 2015. Michelle holds an Associate’s Degree from Catonsville Community College.
