Melinda Swanson is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager at T. Rowe Price since July 2011, Melinda plays a pivotal role as the Chief of Staff for the Head of Distribution and Marketing Services, HR, and Legal technology organization, focusing on operational execution in a dynamic environment. Prior to this, Melinda spent over 11 years at Legg Mason as an Investment Systems Consultant and AVP, where responsibilities included leading integration projects and consulting affiliates on business processes. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Trainer at First Virginia Bank, where Melinda developed and implemented training programs for various banking roles. Melinda Swanson holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowie State University and is a graduate of Leadership Baltimore County.
