Mark Otway is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading software development and technological solutions across major financial institutions. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer at T. Rowe Price since May 2021, Mark previously held the position of Technical Specialist/VP at Goldman Sachs, where management of a significant C#/.NET platform/framework impacted over 250 applications and 20,000 users. Earlier roles include Development Manager at EBS Europe Ltd, where Mark designed high-volume stock control systems, and various software development positions at Mizuho Corporate Bank, Skandia Life, and Miles 33, showcasing a strong background in creating front-office applications and functional systems. Mark holds a BSc Hons in Computer Science from Cardiff University and has foundational education in Computer Science, Physics, and Maths from Brooklands Technical College.
