David Oestreicher has extensive legal experience, currently serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at T. Rowe Price since October 1997. Oestreicher holds additional roles at T. Rowe Price, including Director and Principal Executive Officer for T. Rowe Price Mutual Funds and Chief Legal Counsel. Prior work includes serving as Special Counsel and Attorney at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from May 1994 to October 1997, and as Supervisory Judicial Law Clerk and Judicial Law Clerk at the Superior Court of Connecticut from September 1992 to May 1994. Oestreicher earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management from Bucknell University.
