Bob Grohowski is a legal professional with extensive experience in legislative and regulatory affairs, currently serving as Vice President and Managing Legal Counsel at T. Rowe Price since March 2017. Prior to this role, Bob was General Counsel at the Investment Adviser Association from March 2015 to March 2017. Bob's earlier career includes various positions at the Investment Company Institute from January 1998 to March 2015, where responsibilities included senior counsel roles in securities regulation and international affairs. Bob began the legal career as an Associate at Sutherland Asbill from 1995 to 1998. Bob holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
