Shelby Presley has a diverse work experience in various industries. Shelby recently joined Trovata as a Client Onboarding Specialist in October 2022. Prior to this, they were employed by Pala Casino Spa and Resort from 2017 to 2022, holding multiple roles including Hotel Manager, Assistant Hotel Manager, and Front Desk Supervisor. From 2015 to 2017, Shelby worked as a Flamingo Front Desk Agent at Caesars Entertainment Corporation. In 2014, they worked as a Bell Person/Valet Attendant at Pechanga Resort & Casino. Shelby's earlier experience includes serving as a Fitness Center-Service Associate and a Recreational Sports Board member at the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 2012 to 2013.

Shelby Presley completed their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Grand Canyon University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance, General from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where they attended from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, in November 2012, Shelby obtained a certification in CPR from the American Red Cross.
