Adersh MA has extensive experience in project coordination and engineering roles, currently serving as a Project Coordinator at TROUVAY & CAUVIN Group since July 2024. Prior to this, Adersh worked as a Project Engineer at Fluitron, LLC. from June 2022 to July 2024 and gained valuable experience as an Engineering Trainee at HIL (India) Limited from September 2020 to September 2021. Earlier in Adersh's career, a position as a Maintenance Engineer was held at Jamna Auto Industries Ltd. from July 2018 to July 2019. Adersh holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, graduated in December 2018.
