Natalie Anderson Coughlin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Natalie most recently worked as an Operations Manager at Troubadour and Mujjo, starting in November 2020 and June 2022 respectively. Prior to that, they served as an Assistant Manager at Kendra Scott from September 2019 to October 2020. Natalie also worked as a Stylist at Flair from June to August 2019 and held multiple roles at The Gown Shop Bridal from July 2017 to December 2018, including Manager and Stylist. Natalie gained experience as a Manager at Ellynne Bridal from February to June 2017, where they assisted in selecting gowns, completed administrative tasks, and managed social media. Before that, Natalie held positions as an Assistant at Dunham Literary, Inc. from September 2015 to May 2016, a Sales Associate at ANN INC. from February to July 2015, and an Intern at Dunham Literary, Inc. during the summer of 2014. As an intern, they read and reviewed manuscripts, assisted on projects, and performed office tasks.

Natalie Anderson Coughlin earned a Bachelor's degree from Eastern Michigan University between the years 2012 and 2015. Natalie pursued an interdisciplinary major in Children's Literature & Theatre for the Young, along with a major in Communications.
