Emily Grumet Spence has extensive marketing experience, currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at Tropical Smoothie Cafe since July 2022. Prior to this role, Emily held various positions at Arby's from February 2009 to July 2022, including Sr Director of Field Marketing, Director of Field Marketing, and Marketing Manager. Emily began their career at Burger King Corporation, working as Marketing & Sales Manager and Associate Marketing Manager from January 2007 to February 2009. Previous experience includes serving as Account Supervisor at Fletcher Martin and Account Executive at Initiative. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a focus on Advertising and Business from Ohio University, obtained in 2002.
