Aaron Oringer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in warranty management, construction, law enforcement, and real estate. Currently serving as Area Warranty Manager and Safety/Warranty Area Manager at Trophy Signature Homes since June 2020, Aaron has previously held multiple managerial roles in construction and project management, ensuring timely project completion and quality assurance at Britton Homes Texas and Normandy Homes. Prior experience as a Law Enforcement Officer in both the Town of Wake Forest and the City of Durham highlights strong leadership and investigative skills. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Appalachian State University and two associate degrees in General Education and Criminal Justice.
