Keryn is an HR leader with Tech start up, VC, and Fortune 500 experience. She leads the people team at CommonBond; overseeing HR, recruiting and Culture. Previously, she was the Director of HR at Yodle, a high growth online marketing company based in NYC. Keryn started her career at Barclays Investment Bank where she held various roles in HR. Keryn is skilled across all aspects of people management including organizational design; talent recruitment, development and retention; compensation and benefits; internal communications; and HR software selection and deployment to drive ESAT, performance management, and other KPIs. She is a graduate of Villanova University with a B.A. in Economics.
