Courtney Gibbons is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Troon since January 2022, Courtney develops HR strategies and implements programs aimed at addressing organizational issues and aligning business goals. Previously, Courtney worked as a Human Resources Generalist at OB Sports Golf Management from July 2018 to December 2021, focusing on best practices for employee hiring, retention, and development across over 70 course locations. Earlier roles include Human Resources & Accounting Administrator at Papago Golf Club, where Courtney managed HR functions for over 500 internal employees and contractors, and Office Manager at Synergy Installation Solutions, LLC, overseeing payroll and benefits processing. Courtney holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Baker College, where studies were completed from 2014 to 2022, as well as an Associate's degree from the same institution. High school education was completed at John Glenn High School.
