Mathias Makozhombwe is an operational excellence leader who specializes in business improvement and strategic planning within the manufacturing and resource operations sectors. With extensive experience in industries such as automotive, aerospace, and mining, Mathias has demonstrated a strong record in strategy deployment, advanced analytics, and enterprise-wide change management. Currently serving as the Superintendent of Asset Optimisation at Gold Fields, Mathias previously held the role of Operations Strategic Manager at Tronox.
