Kimberly Manders, MBA has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Kimberly started their career as an Executive Team Leader at Target in 2012 and then worked as a Front End Lead at Bass Pro Shops from 2013 to 2014. Kimberly then joined RLM Holdings, LLC as a Staff Accountant, where they managed financial and accounting functions for 16 companies. In 2014, they joined Kirby Building Systems, A Nucor Company as a Senior Credit Analyst, where they evaluated financial statements and mitigated default risk. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Nucor Steel Arkansas as a Financial Accountant, where they managed internal controls, month-end close processes, and collaborated with auditors. Currently, they are working as a Transactional Accounting Lead at Tronox.

Kimberly Manders, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from LSU Shreveport in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Accountancy degree in Accounting from Mississippi State University, Adkerson School of Accountancy in 2012.
