Erwin Schouwenaars is an accomplished SHEQ Manager with extensive experience in safety, health, environmental, and quality management across various sectors. Currently serving as SHEQ Manager at Tronox since September 2022, Erwin previously held multiple roles at Vopak, including SHEQ Manager and SHEQ Advisor, where responsibilities included compliance, safety studies, internal auditing, and risk assessments for all Vopak terminals in the Netherlands. Prior experience includes significant positions at DNV, from Interim SHEQ Manager to Principal Consultant, where Erwin led consulting projects and developed business performance strategies in the petrochemical and energy sectors. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Master's in Business Management from TSM Business School, among other certifications.
