Brigitte Wessels is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a robust background in designing and delivering training programs across various organizations. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Lead - Global at Tronox since September 2019, Wessels previously held a similar role at Cristal, where responsibilities included leading the European Learning and Development Shared Services team. Past roles also encompass e-learning consultancy with QUARTED and Piramide e-learning, focusing on SharePoint-based learning management systems. Wessels’s career began at Hewlett-Packard, progressing through various positions that included Global Program Manager for the Onboarding Program and training development. Wessels holds advanced degrees in French and related fields from institutions like Utrecht University, Penn State University, and the University of Denver, further enriched by a comprehensive educational foundation.
