Nashwa ElGhamarawy is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership and training. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Trolley Convenience Store since January 2017, Nashwa oversees HR functions across multiple business units in Kuwait and KSA, focusing on strategy alignment, employee engagement, and positive work culture. Previously, Nashwa held various roles at Kuwait International Bank from November 1996 to March 2015, including Training Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing the full employee lifecycle and overseeing training programs. Additional experience includes positions as Manpower & Recruitment Manager and Assistant Training Manager. Nashwa possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Helwan University Cairo and has pursued further studies in Organizational Leadership at Harvard Business School.
