Michelle MacDonald is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as a Sr. HR Business Partner at Trojan Technologies since October 2013, Michelle specializes in delivering operational and strategic HR support, focusing on engagement, change management, talent development, and diversity and inclusion. Previously, Michelle held the roles of Sr Human Resource Professional, Manager of Payroll for Revera Home Health projects, and Manager of Payroll and Benefits, where responsibilities included recruitment, employee relations, and payroll system integration. Michelle holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Fanshawe College and continues education at Ivey Business School at Western University.
