Jennifer McFadden is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in design, customer service, and technical support. Currently serving as a Municipal Designer at Trojan Technologies since August 2019, Jennifer combines technical expertise with customer engagement skills. Jennifer also holds a long-term position as Shift Leader/Customer Service at Mark's Work Wearhouse, demonstrating strong leadership in team supervision and customer relations. Previous roles include Product Support Specialist at VIQUA, where Jennifer provided troubleshooting and system recommendations, and various research assistant positions within Ontario's Ministry of the Environment and Ministry of Agriculture, focusing on compliance, data management, and environmental policy support.
