Erik Brodie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and strategic planning. Currently serving as a Global Product Manager at Trojan Technologies since September 2021, Erik is focused on enhancing profitability and growth in the municipal UV business through innovative pricing strategies and product development. Previously, Erik held various roles at 3M from January 2014 to September 2021, including Portfolio Manager for the Automotive & Aerospace Solutions Division, where responsibilities encompassed managing a diverse portfolio, exceeding revenue targets, and aligning manufacturing with business objectives. Additional roles at 3M included Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Channel Manager, demonstrating a strong commitment to continuous improvement and channel value creation. Prior experience includes an analyst position at Ford Motor Company, focusing on economic analysis and government relations, and a brief tenure as a ski instructor at Perisher Blue Pty Ltd. Erik holds both a Master of Business Administration and an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University.
