Radhika Jain has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they serve as the Co-Director of RISHI Projects at Project RISHI at USC, where they are responsible for project management and community engagement. Radhika is also the Director of Operations at Trojan Marketing Group, overseeing operational activities. Additionally, Radhika works as a Yoga Sculpt Instructor at CorePower Yoga, incorporating their passion for yoga into their work. Radhika has also interned at Gilead Sciences as a PDM HR Intern and at Cisco as a FLEX-EL Intern, specializing in performance consulting. Radhika has previous experience as a Student Ambassador at USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences, where they also served as a New Ambassador Trainer, providing training and leading workshops for new ambassadors. Prior to that, they worked as a DECA Coach at The Harker School and as a People Intern at MIND & BODY GARDEN, A PSYCHOLOGICAL CORPORATION. Overall, Radhika Jain has demonstrated versatile skills and a strong dedication to community engagement and personal growth in their professional journey.

Radhika Jain started their education at The Harker School from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained their High School Diploma. From 2020 to 2024, they enrolled at the University of Southern California to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration.
