Serdar Aksoy, PhD, currently serves as Alt Sistemler Direktörü at TRMotor since December 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Mechanical Systems Manager at TEI - TUSAŞ Engine Industries, Inc., leading the mechanical systems design team for the TS1400 Turboshaft Engine Development Project. Additional roles encompass Chief Engineer and CFD Team Leader at SDM Research & Engineering, overseeing projects related to aircraft engines and gas turbines for Fortune-100 companies, while also managing a team focused on CFD and thermal analysis. Earlier career positions include R&D Engineer at Ford Otosan and Aldem Çelik Sanayi, as well as multiple teaching assistant roles at Sabanci University, where comprehensive responsibilities included organizing coursework and leading industry-related projects. Serdar Aksoy earned a PhD in Mechatronics Engineering from Sabanci University, following a Bachelor of Science in the same field at the same institution. Educational background also includes a high school diploma in Science-Mathematics from Kartal Anadolu Lisesi.
