Katie Cook Zimmerman is an accomplished professional in customer success and business development, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at TRK Connection since February 2020. Previously, Katie held the position of Director of Client Success at The Compliance Group, Inc. from February 2018 to February 2020. Prior to that, Katie was the Director of Business Development at ACES Risk Management Corp from September 2014 to January 2018. Katie also has extensive underwriting experience at Stonegate Mortgage Corporation, Nationstar Mortgage, and Citi, alongside a role as an Auditor at Interthinx and as a Mortgage Processor at State Farm Bank.
