Margriet Bankers worked for Trivium Packaging as the Global Director of Compensation & Benefits from December 2020 to present. Prior to that, they were the Compensation & Benefits Manager at the same company from November 2019 to December 2020. Before their time at Trivium Packaging, Margriet Bankers served as the HR Manager at Ardagh Group from August 2005 to November 2019.

Margriet Bankers attended the Wessel Gansfort College from 1989 to 1995. Margriet then pursued a degree in Vrijetijdskunde at the Christelijke Hogeschool Leeuwarden from 1995 to 1999. Finally, they completed their education with a degree in Bedrijfskunde-P&O at the Katholieke Universiteit Nijmegen from 1999 to 2002.
