Steven Imholt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and mentorship. Currently serving as a Mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America since June 2022, Steven has been with TriVista since January 2017, ascending to the role of Manager, where responsibilities include leading over 80 M&A transactions and managing complex post-merger integrations for private equity clients. Steven's previous roles at TriVista encompassed Senior Consultant, Consultant, Senior Associate, and Associate, with a focus on operational due diligence and implementing Lean principles across various industries. Prior experience also includes serving as a Process Improvement Supervisor and Process Engineer at Taylor Communications. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University and has furthered education through programs at Villanova University and the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education.
