Michael Vaghi is a Senior Consultant at TriVista since January 2022, specializing in leading supply chain improvement projects, including global strategic sourcing and warehouse optimization. Prior to this, Michael held various roles at PepsiCo from July 2017 to January 2022, including Manufacturing Maintenance Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing reliability programs and cross-functional initiatives. Additional experience includes a Supply Chain Operations Internship at PepsiCo in 2016, focusing on process improvements at a manufacturing facility, and a Manufacturing Engineering Internship at RBC Bearings from May 2014 to August 2015, where efforts centered on enhancing manufacturing capabilities and quality control.
