Max Winter is a Private Equity Associate at Trivest Partners since August 2023, previously serving as an Investment Banking Analyst at TM Capital Corp. from June 2021 to July 2023. During this time, Max Winter gained extensive transaction experience, advising clients such as Michel Design Works, CPAP.com, Sullivans Brands, New Market Waste Solutions, and IG Holdings on strategic acquisitions and investments. Prior roles include a Summer Analyst position at TM Capital Corp. in June 2020, Vice President of Fund at TAMID Group from August 2019 to February 2020, and a Summer Private Equity Analyst role at Acta Ventures in mid-2019. Max Winter began a career in brand management as Campus Lead for MyRentHero, supporting teams at Emory University and Georgia Institute of Technology.
