Allison Gracer currently serves as the Director of ESG at Trivest Partners since September 2023. Previously, at Paramount from March 2022 to June 2023, Gracer was the Project Manager for a consulting project focused on designing a Scope 2 emissions reduction strategy. Additionally, Gracer worked as an ESG Strategy Intern at UC Santa Barbara from September 2021 to June 2023, and held various roles in operations and management at SurePrep LLC, Wayward Seed Farm, and Rock Dove Farm between 2014 and 2021, gaining extensive experience in agricultural management and sustainability practices. Gracer's educational background includes a Master of Environmental Science and Management from the Bren School at UC Santa Barbara, specializing in Corporate Environmental Management and Energy & Climate, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies and Anthropology from the same institution.
